- What type of payment is accepted in the Council Shop?

(a) Cash Check (personal or troop), MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover and Debit Cards.

- Who may purchase items in the Council Shop?

(a) All are welcome to shop. Leaders, however, are the only ones allowed to purchase "Earned" Awards.

- What if I can't make the trip?

(a) We will mail your order for a 10% shipping & handling fee. Please call or email us for details. More on shipping click here.

- Are uniforms required?

(a) No, but they are a great way for girls to be identified as being part of a great organization!

- What is the Council Shop's return policy?

(a) All returns/ exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Discontinued items or items not in original packaging will not be accepted. Books are not returnable/ exchangeable.

- Do girls need their own handbooks?

(a) It is not required, but it is recommended for three reasons:

  • Your Girl Scout can follow along with the leader during Troop meetings, and do some fun stuff on her own.
  • Parents/ guardians will be able to get involved too!
  • Handbooks are a great keepsake! Do you remember what your handbook looked like?
